So, when Graham Henrickson left the corporate world in 2008, it was to establish idResults; a consulting firm that would level this playing field. Since it began, the Company has delivered on this promise by providing small businesses with the expertise they need to compete against their larger rivals. idResults offers expert knowledge, extensive experience and a unique skill set to fast track your brand success.

 

ABOUT GRAHAM HENRICKSON

A TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS

Graham holds a Bachelor of Business Management Degree with a major in Organisational Psychology and began his career as a management trainee with Myer Department Stores. He spent 12 years with the national retailer, the first 6 years were spent working in stores when he became the youngest sales manager in Myer history and won junior retail executive of the year. 

 

Graham spent the next 6 years in Myer Head Office. First in Human Resources followed by Buying and Marketing. In addition to this, he also worked on strategic projects for the Board, most notably - the Myer/Grace. Bros Merger.

 

Graham left Myer to join Clarins Paris as General Manager. In 3 years he tripled the net operating profit, improved the brands ranking in department stores, launched into pharmacy, and introduced the Gold Salon Program along with new consultant uniforms and a new approach to beauty consultant training.

 

​Graham then joined the Citizen Watch Co. as General Manager for Australia and was later promoted to Regional Managing Director for Oceania and Africa. During his 12 years with Citizen, he increased turnover by 55% and secured the No. 1 position in the branded watch market.

Graham also led product design and development teams in Hong Kong, China and Japan.

 

Well-known and highly respected in the industry, Graham was asked to join the Board of the JAA (Jewellers Association of Australia) as a Special Adviser. His contribution to the effectiveness of the Board was recognised 3 years later when he was elected unopposed as Chairman of the Board. As Chairman, Graham was instrumental in restoring the JAA's financial health, rebranding the organisation, and he reinvigorated the Australian Jewellery Design Awards.

 

In response to media reports of poor retail practices, Graham worked with the ACCC to develop an Industry Code that remains in place to this day.

It was the big-end-of-town's easy access to expert help that inspired him to launch idResults and level the playing field.
