ABOUT idResults

For a small to medium size business, the money spent on a website is a big deal. In reality it’s likely to be the largest and the only investment they will make in marketing. So, getting the best bang-for-buck is imperative. As well as getting attention, it has to put them on an equal footing to their bigger and perhaps more successful competitors.

That’s exactly what idResults has been doing since it was established by Graham Henrickson in 2008. Born from the ambition to level the playing field, the Company provides access to big-end-of-town expertise for businesses regardless of their size.

idResults offers clients the benefit of a unique skill set, international brand management experience, an expert view of consumer behaviour and a no-bullshit approach.

About Graham Henrickson

Graham holds a Bachelor of Business Management Degree with a major in Organisational Psychology and began his career as a management trainee with Myer Department Stores. He spent 12 years with the national retailer, the first 6 years were spent working in stores where he became the youngest sales manager in Myer history and won junior retail executive of the year.

Graham spent the next 6 years in Myer Head Office. First in Human Resources followed by Buying and Marketing. In addition to this, he also worked on strategic projects for the Board, most notably - the Myer/Grace. Bros Merger.

Graham left Myer to join Clarins Paris as General Manager. In 3 years he tripled the net operating profit, improved the brands ranking in department stores, launched into pharmacy, and introduced the Gold Salon Program along with new consultant uniforms and a new approach to beauty consultant training.

Graham then joined the Citizen Watch Co. as General Manager for Australia and was later promoted to Regional Managing Director for Oceania and Africa. During his 12 years with Citizen, he increased turnover by 55% and secured the No. 1 position in the mid-priced branded watch market.

Graham also led product design and development teams based in Hong Kong, China and Japan.

Well-known and highly respected in the industry, Graham was asked to join the Board of the JAA (Jewellers Association of Australia) as a Special Adviser. His contribution to the effectiveness of the Board was recognised 3 years later when he was elected unopposed as Chairman, As Chairman of the Board, Graham was instrumental in restoring the JAA's financial health, rebranding the organisation, and reinvigorating the Australian Jewellery Design Awards.

In response to poor retail practices, Graham worked with the ACCC to develop an Industry Code that remains in place to this day.

Seeing the difficulty faced by small businesses getting access to big-end-of-town expertise inspired him to launch idResults and level the playing field.
