In business for more than 20 years, Panel One had grown to become one of Sydney's most awarded prestige car repairers. But with no online presence and limited brand awareness, the Company’s future growth was at risk to marketing savvy competitors. So, idResults was engaged to develop a solution.

With 85% of revenue generated by returning clients, the Company was clearly doing certain things right. The task was to identify and promote these points of difference.

idResults developed a comprehensive strategy to build and strengthen brand awareness, attract new clients and continue to build brand loyalty. They key initiatives put forward included:

  • Update the logo and create a clear brand signature.

  • Build a Company website and Facebook page that made a positive and unified brand impression.

  • Execute the brand signature across all ‘touch-points’ including company branded work uniforms.

  • Strengthen the relationship with the BMW Group to capitalise on the brands global image, increased consumer marketing, and growth in car sales.

  • Implement standard work practices that delivered a consistent high-quality customer experience.

  • Introduce an observation deck and cam-based video link that allowed customers to monitor the progress of repairs in real-time.

  • Commence digital marketing to attract new clients.

  • Launch a CRM system to engage clients and encourage loyalty.
